The hotel is located near a large shopping mall with restaurants. My room included a separate bedroom with a double bed. It also had a living room with a sofa bed. I found free parking very convenient .
I noticed a maintenance issue, the towel warmer in the shower did not work

The reception staff was helpful and cooperative . The valet staff was professional. I especially want to thank Hanifi, one of the managers who provided true hospitality.

The breakfast included delicious food. I enjoyed a very good menu with different options. The omelets and fried eggs were excellent. The staff working in the dining area were kind.

The hotel is next to a mall and many restaurants. The proximity to the Akbati Mall is excellent. I found several restaurants nearby. It is a convenient location for shopping and dining.

My room had a balcony. It also had a nice view. The room was spacious and well organized. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. Daily room cleaning was also provided.

The staff at the reception was helpful. The location is close to Akbati mall.
The furniture seemed old. The suite I booked was not properly cleaned. there was no shampoo or conditioner available. I found this unacceptable.

I found the staff polite and helpful. They responded positively to my needs. the hotel's location is wonderful. it is in front of a shopping mall, a big convenience . i appreciate the big room i got.
the water pressure in the shower was low, an issue.

The restaurant offers good food, even if options is limited. The taste is worth it. breakfast offers an expansive selection. Every taste is accommodated. i thought it was a very good thing.

The rooms were big and wonderfully designed. the hotel upgrades some, that is a nice touch. a big bed ensures restful nights. Cleanliness is clearly a priority. i would go again.
